PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

The Production Supervisor plays a pivotal role in this process by providing the front line direction to get the job done.

As the Production Supervisor you will:

• Oversee multiple departments with a variety of overhaul and inspection functionality

• Directly supervise all leads on the plant floor providing guidance on daily operations and administering company policies

• Ensure products comply with high standards of quality and costs

• Assist with coordination of equipment maintenance; repair and replacement

• Review team members’ schedules, work orders and staffing plans; calculating required personnel resources and allocation

• Directly handle personnel management related to interviewing, hiring and maintaining high performance standards for all team members

The Qualified Candidate will:

• Carry a degree in or have significant working knowledge of Business or related subject matter in regards to leadership, costs and personnel management

• Bring multiple years of experience in production supervision within an Aerospace manufacturing environment

• Have working knowledge of FAA regulations, with Part 145 being a plus

• Have significant knowledge of AS9100, 9110 Quality standards

• Understand and be able to implement principles of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma

• Be able to flex with dynamic working requirements and business needs

This position will be essential to production capabilities, directly supervising all leads on the plant floor and providing guidance on daily operations and administering company work rules.
