CNC PROGRAMMER

Exotics. Prototypes. Something new every day. Are you testing your programming capabilities on every new job? It’s quite possible you haven’t seen the type of machined components at this cutting edge company.
We’re seeking for them a skilled CNC programmer to work from a variety of documentation to create programs to manufacture one off and prototype components for a multitude of applications across a variety of customers. The work will primarily consist of programming on up to 5 axis mills. It us full time, direct hire, first shift.
This position will require:
Creativity!
An expert level of programming prototype/one-off components on multi axis mills and some lathes
Working knowledge of tool path creation, speeds/feeds, cutting tool selection
A professional approach; collaborating with other team members ensuring accuracy, manufacturability and continuity
Expert hands on knowledge of CAD/CAM software operation
High level of competency in all areas of shop math, machine controls, materials and tooling
