CNC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We have opportunities with several different aerospace and machining companies for CNC Maintenance Technicians. These technicians will maintain the machine tools that fabricate parts and fixtures required for assembly.   We are seeking talented maintenance mechanics who will troubleshoot mechanical issues and repair CNC machine tools.

The Maintenance Mechanic will:

• Provide leadership and expertise in machine tool functionality

• Create and implement a preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime

• Troubleshoot and repair both CNC lathes and mills (Mazak, Okuma, Mori Seiki, Daewoo)

• Order tools and parts needed to implement all maintenance

The Qualified Candidate will:

• Have a history of success in developing maintenance plans in a manufacturing environment

• Understand CNC machine tool design and operation

• Be experienced in machinery troubleshooting principles and practices

• Have working knowledge of all common shop tools

We need someone who will provide the initiative to create and implement maintenance plans and procedures to keep them running at full capacity.
